At Stanton Road Primary School, our curriculum has been designed with knowledge of our school community at its heart. We are committed to enhancing the life of every child and inspiring our children to be personally successful, independent thinkers, ready for their journey of lifelong learning. Through our curriculum, we provide opportunities which prepare children for learning beyond Stanton Road and to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to play a positive role in our community and our world.

Our curriculum has been developed to bring about learning with understanding, reflecting our knowledge of cognitive science and understanding of research-based teaching and learning. It continues to be reviewed, adapted and developed as our school community changes, or as we learn more about the science behind learning.

All staff at Stanton Road are dedicated to delivering a curriculum designed to develop the personal attributes needed to be safe, happy, and considerate of others, embracing our values of collaboration, inspiration, citizenship and expression.
